I've read conflicting accounts on the timing of Jane Doe's reporting. One said that a few days after her initial report (of consensual activity) , she told the police it was "definitely rape....they hit me." Can MT or anyone clarify?

I believe court documents are available to anyone who requests them, though they may have to pay a fee.
