New column by me in the Wall Street Journal: The Epstein ‘Transparency’ Travesty

You can also get a physical copy of the Wall Street Journal newspaper; I believe it should be in tomorrow’s edition, having checked the March 4 edition this morning, and there appeared to be no column yet.

I would wager mine is the first column of its kind published by any major American media outlet, regarding the “Epstein Files.”

I was also, strangely enough, profiled by the Hollywood Reporter. For the record, I do not recall saying the following quote:

“The documented crimes are horrific enough,” he says. “You don’t need to turn it into a grand unifying conspiracy theory that explains the entire world.”

I wouldn’t have said the first part unless it was attached to some qualifier. I do recall saying something like the second part, although I try not to use the phrase “conspiracy theory,” as it’s so chronically over-used. In fact, I had no idea this conversation with the Hollywood Reporter was even being recorded, or “on the record” in journo-parlance — much less that it was going to be the basis for a profile of me. The reporter only said that he wanted to hear my take on Epstein (what else is new) with an eye toward some potential Hollywood angles. Whatever, I guess! It was still surprisingly positive.
