I don’t understand your point. Are you saying the conviction for sex trafficking was wrong and Epstein was innocent? What about the Maxwell conviction, then? What about the state case 10 years before? Are you saying there were no clients, or there was no underage sex, no island? I don’t get it.

Ok, very well said, and nothing objectionable here. Now I’d like to hear you debate Whitney Webb about the meta question of whether there is any There there with Epstein, whatever the legal cases revealed. I know with your bud Glenn she is persona non grata, but here’s an opportunity to set an example of engaging with people with whom you disagree (I assume you do disagree that she has something to say). I hope you do.

Yeah I dunno, Tracey from what I can tell, seems to think that the only important information on this issue can be found in court documents, and he can disregard everything else as wild conspiracy theories. It's just a massive failure to consider the available evidence.

Plus if Epstein was innocent of all these sex-trafficking conspiracy charges, then why didn't he just get his lawyer buddy Dershowitz to get him off the hook like Dershowitz did for himself. Why would Epstein supposedly kill himself? Makes no sense.

As far as I can tell Tracey isn't denying that Epstein was a pedophile who abused underage girls, he's simply pointing out there 's no real evidence for anything beyond that.

You can get an idea here (Webb):

https://youtu.be/sbtFUumXuK4?feature=shared

then here (Greenwald):

https://youtu.be/mb0AsUXxoGc?feature=shared

You have to fish through them to find the spots where they talk about each other.

Credit to Joy Gray for having them both on. This is rare when it comes to a addressing specific arguments by the actual proponents of those arguments and getting into the weeds. But even Gray did not have them on at the same time. The Soho Forum is a model to follow in this respect, not necessarily in a debate format.

Webb’s criticism is that the Intercept did not follow, and pretty much exists not to follow, the Wikileaks model of putting as much as possible out there, with only appropriate redactions (I might be adding this part), for all journalists, historians, etc. to use and publish as they see fit. Instead, the Intercept, and then Greenwald himself, essentially privatized the Snowden files when there is reason to think there is more in them that should be published in the public interest.

Greenwald disagrees and claims that the lion’s share of what was newsworthy was published. While Greenwald has integrity, this is not sufficient, in my view, to justify refusing to allow other journalists to look at what else might be there.

Greenwald also claims that his deal with Snowden prevented him from being more liberal with the documents Snowden disclosed. This is fine as far as it goes but we have the right to question whether this kind of private contract, so to speak, should be permitted to trump the public’s right to know, and how seemly it is for a journalist to accept these kinds of restrictions. We also don’t know what the restrictions are.

I’m also still not completely clear what happened to the files after Greenwald left the Intercept. Greenwald claims that they were too expensive to maintain given the technology and energy necessary to ensure they are secure against hacks. But I do not remember from his Joy Gray interview what, if anything, he said happened to the files other than that they were no longer available due to cost. I don’t think he suggested either that the Intercept still has them, or that he still has them himself, or that they were destroyed, but he should explain this part in more detail.

At any rate, the idea that they were too expensive to maintain begs the Wikileaks question of whether it is justified to secure the files against other journalists. And with respect to the expense, if Wikileaks could archive transparently, why not the Intercept or Greenwald? The Intercept being owned by a billionaire doesn’t make this look better.

I mean it's pretty clear you are just being asked to put down the Epstein scandal because you apparently believe he was innocent. Which is absolutely mind-boggling to me, considering the mountains of circumstantial evidence pointing to his guilt and special treatment by everyone in power, but how is that so unexpected? You are telling the story everyone in power wants you to tell, "We are all innocent, Epstein killed himself, nothing to see here."

What has been omitted from this article is Epstein plead guilty to soliciting sex with a child in Florida in 2008 and was given essentially a slap on the wrist for this crime, serving his sentence primarily at home. Was he setting his like-minded friends up with underage girls? I don’t know and I agree with you there has to be evidence to back that claim up. I understand how stories like these can take on a life of their own and become hysterical.

But what I don’t understand is why (to use an obvious example) a person with the power of Prince Andrew would have paid anyone a dime if these accusations were totally groundless. Why would he have associated with a man like Jeffery Epstein? Is he that hard up for friends? “To be done with this scandal” is lame if he and the royal family knew Andrew to be innocent. Perhaps many consider this valid but to many others it’s an admission of guilt and it laid the foundation for what followed.

Jeffery Epstein’s “punishment” - sitting in his mansion in Florida - and Prince Andrew’s hush money are, as usual, a nice reminder to the rest of us the rich and well connected never suffer the consequences (much less a jail sentence) of exploiting those who are not rich or well connected.

I never heard of Patel, Bondingo, or Bondi before they were appointed to their current positions. I have watched the interviews now currently on the internet of the AG stating the evidence was sitting on her desk and making statements indicating the physical evidence of video tapes and documents was extensive so I find it difficult to blame anyone or infer they are dumb for believing she was telling the truth.

Tracey's argument: "They talked to you about Epstein, and now they don't release anything, so that means there was nothing!"

Yes, that's exactly how it works, total honesty. Right?

He just happened to kill himself right when the cameras were turned off and the guards wouldn't go their round. In a prison run by a Black woman, the most loyal leftist group of people.

Oh yeah, and his phone calls from prison were all erased by the police and the FBI. Imagine that. "Nothing to see here!"

https://thegrayzone.com/2024/01/17/epstein-suicide-coverup/

Jeffrey Epstein did not show any suicidal tendencies. There is no real proof that he tried to commit suicide earlier. Guards were supposed to check on him every 15 minutes, but this was stopped, and his cellmate was removed.

Three cameras didn't work, and the guards falsified patrol records. They were charged for this serious offense, but the charges were dropped.

Immediately after his death Bureau of Prisons officials declared that it was a suicide.

But doctors who saw the autopsy and the records of broken bones in the neck say this pointed to murder, not suicide.

Suicide prevention coordinator Robert Nagle visited the prison, and reported that the FBI had removed a video of the incident. He was not allowed to conduct formal interviews with staff.

The NYT did not report that Epstein's lawyer paid money to his cellmate Efrain Reyes for unknown reasons. Reyes was moved to a minimum security prison for cooperative witnesses. He was released because of corona and died five months later, supposedly from corona.

Reyes' niece said he repeatedly doubted whether the six-foot tall Epstein could have hanged himself from the bunk frame. Federal prosecutors refused journalists' request about information and kept all records of Reyes' death sealed.

---

Epstein was charged in California thanks to the work of ordinary police. Then the prosecutor did everything to sabotage the case, refusing to call the victims. Except for one case, a girl who had written only about getting money from the case. U.S. attorney Alex Acosta said that Epstein shouldn't be touched because "he is intelligence." Obviously not U.S. intelligence. But Israel's.

Epstein's lawyer, the Jewish Zionist Alan Dershowitz, has specialized in attacking the victims and attacking the police, trying to dig up dirt on them to use in court. He did that against the victims and police in this case. Alan Dershowitz is riding high in establishment circles, with ties to the Trump sphere.

Ann Coulter has recounted how Epstein was protected. The Jewish Democratic prosecutor Barry Krischer simply called the girls "prostitutes" and only charged Epstein with one count of soliciting prostitution, despite the mountain of evidence collected by the police. Ann Coulter has a long account of how the case was mishandled:

https://anncoulter.com/2019/03/06/media-magic-how-a-democrat-pedophile-became-a-trump-scandal/

Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter exploded in rage. (Meanwhile, Epstein claimed to be the victim of an anti-Semitic conspiracy on Palm Beach.) Chief Reiter wrote an open letter to Krischer asking the Democrat to remove himself from the case. Then he turned to the Bush administration to seek justice against a Democratic donor/accused child rapist.

...

When Cassell and Edwards filed their case, they included the claims of various Epstein victims, who reported that the men at “Orgy Island,” where underage girls were being used as “sex slaves,” included Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz and Prince Andrew.

...

This is how the modern American media work: I’ll tell the same story that we’ve been frantically suppressing for a decade, connect it to Trump — and win a Pulitzer Prize!

Here is MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell describing Epstein a few weeks ago in a single segment:

“… a friend of Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein …

“… child sex trafficker and child rapist and friend of Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein …

“… a billionaire friend of Donald Trump’s …”

Epstein got off with having to only spend nights at the prison while he got to spend the days at his office. Imagine that.

Epstein's handler was Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of a banker who was Israel's top spy in Britain. When he was charged for fraud he "fell off his yacht" and drowned so he couldn't talk. He was flown to Israel, where his funeral was attended by six present and former heads of Israeli intelligence.

Epstein's buddy Ehud Barak, the Israeli prime minister, entered his mansion at the same time as young girls.

---

Epstein claimed to be an investor, but he only really invested for Lex Wesner, who was part of a group of wealthy Zionist investors with ties to Israel. Wesner gave Epstein the largest private home in New York:

https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/07/how-did-jeffrey-epstein-make-his-fortune.html

As Bloomberg states, “Today, so little is known about Epstein’s current business or clients that the only things that can be valued with any certainty are his properties.” According to a document submitted in advance of Epstein’s bail hearing, his Manhattan townhouse is estimated to be worth around $77 million. Then there are the properties in New Mexico, Paris, the U.S. Virgin Islands, his private jet, a fleet of 15 cars, and a Palm Beach compound estimated at $12 million.

But even the real-estate holdings have an air of mystery to them. Epstein purchased, or received, the Manhattan townhouse from Wexner around 1998. But there were no property records on the mansion’s transfer until 2011, when the company Wexner used to buy the place transferred it to an Epstein-owned company for $0. Epstein signed the document for both sides.

---

Lex Wesner curiously got to buy Victoria's Secret for just one million dollars - a good way to get access to young women with little income in the modeling world.

He gave Epstein power of attorney over his finances, and Epstein lived with him for a while. He got to use Wesner's Victoria's Secret to claim to be an "agent" and then abused young models.

Wesner was one of the main donors to Jewish causes and rabbi schools.

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/01/no_author/former-spy-details-israels-main-motive-behind-epsteins-sexual-blackmail-operation/

MintPress speaks with Ari Ben-Menashe, a former Israeli spy who worked closely with Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, as part of their work with Israeli military intelligence and had frequent encounters with Jeffrey Epstein.

...

As detailed in a MintPress summary and commentary of that interview, Ben-Menashe claimed to have seen Jeffrey Epstein in the office of Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, several times in the 1980s.

...

At the time, Ben-Menashe was in close contact with Robert Maxwell regarding their work mutual work with Israeli military intelligence. Maxwell, in addition to heading a media empire and being a one-time member of U.K. parliament, was a longtime operative for Israeli intelligence, so much so that his 1991 funeral was attended by no less than six serving and former heads of Israeli intelligence as well as several high-ranking Israeli politicians and prime ministers.

...

During the 1980s, as MintPress previously reported, Epstein claimed to have been an intelligence operative and so-called “bounty hunter” in the world of shadow finance. During this time, he was known to have developed close relationships with several British arms dealers, particularly Sir Douglas Leese. Thus, Epstein appeared to frequently be traveling between the Middle East and London, which is also supported by Epstein’s now-infamous Austrian passport which he was believed to have carried during this period of time.

Epstein and powerful politicians is that between Epstein and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak. Barak has claimed to have only met Epstein in 2002 and, from that point on, their relationship was very public, with Barak frequently visiting and even spending the night at residences owned by Epstein, including apartments where he housed the underage girls that he exploited.

These Jews were Jewish supremacists, as recounted by Maria Farmer:

“So Jeffrey and Ghislaine they were at the estate, they came like three times to visit Wexner while I was there. And they would go meet with him and then they would come back.

And Ghislaine said they were working on all these Israeli charities for students and for, you know, Jewish people. And I remember thinking, oh that’s weird.

And she was like, “you don’t understand our loyalty to Israel, Maria. You don’t understand our loyalty.” She’s like, “unless you’re a dual citizen you just don’t get it”. She’s like, “your people could never understand.” She would say, “My people, your people, The Chosen Ones”, all that bullshit.

After the conviction and the ridiculous "punishment" Epstein got, the Jews at National Review helped rehabilitate Epstein, who kept seeing top politicians.

https://www.informationliberation.com/?id=60519

After Jeffrey Epstein got out of the Palm Beach County jail in 2009, having served 13 months of an 18-month sentence resulting from a plea deal that has been widely criticized, he began a media campaign to remake his public image.

The effort led to the publication of articles describing him as a selfless and forward-thinking philanthropist with an interest in science on websites like Forbes, National Review and HuffPost.

The Forbes.com article, posted in 2013, praised him as "one of the largest backers of cutting-edge science around the world" while making no mention of his criminal past. The National Review piece, from the same year, called him "a smart businessman" with a "passion for cutting-edge science." The HuffPost article, from 2017, credited Mr. Epstein for "taking action to help a number of scientists thrive during the 'Trump Era'," a time of "anti-science policies and budget cuts."

All three articles have been removed from their sites in recent days, after inquiries from The New York Times.

Ann Coulter recounts how the Jew Barry Krischer very obviously sabotaged the case against Epstein in California in 2005.

US Attorney Alex Acosta said: “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone.”

https://www.takimag.com/article/the-great-epstein-cover-up-part-2/

Five underage girls had given police sworn statements that Epstein had sexually abused them, backed by 17 other witnesses, but when Krischer brought the case to the grand jury, weirdly, he allowed only one of the girls to testify — and then attacked her on the stand! (Epstein’s attorneys had helpfully provided Krischer’s office with the girl’s posts on MySpace, where she talked about boys and drinking, the little harlot.)

According to an extensive review by The Palm Beach Post, most of Krischer’s 2,800-page investigative file on the case consists of dirt against the teens — and against the police — given to him by Epstein’s lawyers.

The grand jurors, who’d been meticulously kept in the dark by Krischer, ended up voting only for a single charge of “solicitation of prostitution” against Epstein in 2006. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years’ probation. No jail time, no record as a sex offender — no criminal record whatsoever.

According to Nexis, only one newspaper, The Palm Beach Post, reported at the time — or ever — that Palm Beach prosecutor Krischer gave Epstein probation for his years of child abuse.

...

U.S. attorney Alex Acosta proceeded to make a deal with Epstein — with Krischer essentially operating as Epstein’s defense counsel — resulting in a plea only slightly tougher than Krischer’s pat on the head.

According to journalist Vicky Ward, Acosta later defended this sweetheart deal to the Trump transition team, explaining: “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone.”

Also odd how Tracey and all the other shills don't mention a single time that the trio of Epstein, his financier Lex Wesner and his handler Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of Israel's top spy in Britain, were Jews who targeted White girls. Ghislaine Maxwell got a helicopter license so she could fly girls to Epstein's island from Florida without records. She targeted impoverished White girls from Florida's trailer parks, the people cast aside when the nation is flooded by cheap Latino labor. She wanted blond White girls. So that the few times when there were brunettes, Ghislaine Maxwell wrote "brunette" in her notes.

These were racial supremacists, as shown by their talk about "the Chosen people" and their donations to Jew-only causes and rabbi schools.

If Whites had targeted only Black girls, that would be the first sentence in every single article about them, for decades. But when it's Jews targeting Whites, Tracey and the rest say nothing.

The testimonial evidence from the first case alone is clear that Epstein seduced - under the guise of paying $200 to 14 year olds for massages - many teen girls at least in Florida. And it is clear that Maxwell later helped 'traffic' victims for Epstein's insatiable sexual appetite for young teens. I think, given the degree to which such abuse can substantially affect a victim's psychological health for life, that it is only fair that they received payments from what you essentially frame as an opportunistic money pit.

The emphasis, which is personally what I find has really been lost in this matter, is on the clearly evidentially backed victims of Epstein. Just as you claim Giuffre is infallibly a fabricator due to that civil case with Dershowitz holding her to the standards of civil law, the same can be said in each case where there were payouts to victims. If a settlement payer decides not to go to trial, such as The Poor Prince, then they have decided to not hold themselves accountable and defendable under civil law - as Dershowitz DID.

Be that as it may, apart from your tendency to sully Epstein's victims as merely money hungry, I otherwise agree with you. Having read a great deal about this material, from court transcripts to Whitney Webb's quasi schizophrenic contagion by association books, there is no outward evidence from any of the victims apart from Giuffre regarding an intelligence honey-pot scheme (Mossad assumed). None of the girls in the Florida case claimed such third party trafficking.

You really should debate Whitney Webb about actual evidence rather than hearsay.
