Thanks Michael you are always willing to go places and ask bold and uncomfortable questions to get the story.

None of this surprises me or flies in the face of anything we've heard about her campaign so far.

How obvious was the teleprompter? This is the most fake astroturfed campaign of all time. Hombres con Harris!

Michael said that there wasn't a teleprompter. The rest of the event was fake enough.

There were teleprompters that could be seen from the television. They weren’t for the entire event, only for the question/answer portion regarding policy.

They all lie, all the time. Just keep that in mind and you won't often go wrong.

Don't vote for her.

How many people here were going to vote for her, then changed their mind as the result of this latest PR stunt?

Probably not many truth be told.

You are probably right.

Yes, Harris' stunt is cynical. Start liking it, as we will see more and more cynicism, nigh unto full-blown sociopathy and nihilism.

None of this matters, if it gets the desired results.

I feel like we are there man. I don’t believe anything the media or politicians tell me without first checking it with trusted sources.

Post-election, we can see that it did *not* get the desired result. I like what Lionel Shriver had to say in July, after Joe went to bed but before Kamala was the official candidate:

"[Harris] comes across as a fake, and most voters — most people, even children — are keenly attuned to artifice. (Trump is an asshole, but at least he’s genuinely an asshole.)'

I take exception to calling them "the shrewdest brains." I have never seen more deluded demagogues ever. Speeding us along the road to annihilation says exactly the opposite.

@Michael Interesting that the fan procurement company does not hire disabled, which is federally prohibited discrimination :

“THE PRODUCTION AREA WE USE FOR CASTED AUDIENCE/SEATFILLER DOES NOT PROVIDE ADA SEATING AREA. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE IN GOOD HEALTH AND PHYSICALLY ABLE TO STAND AND MOVE AROUND FREELY DURING THE TAPING OF THESE PRODUCTIONS.”

I've got my ballot and am marking it for Dr. Jill Stein. If only we all would do that. What a shock to the system that would be. Plus we would be making it clear that we are not going to assist the MSM in silencing our voices.

Kudos to your ability, Michael, to slog through the particulars of another dull and staged sideshow in the Kamala Circus.

"Town Hall" along with "debate" and "vaccination" no longer have any relation to their original meaning. They've become euphemisms.

Michael, I saw your coverage of this on Glenn Greenwald, and was floored that the production was even more staged than I already suspected. I do appreciate your work.
