He's hysterical, disrespectful, talks/nearly shouts over you and as you said he's got an overly inflated opinion of his own viewpoint. He's not thoughtful like you and Walter. Hello Matt I’m 40 minutes into watching this episode. Sadly I’ve stopped listening for the most part since Tracey joined you. It’s unnerving how much he monopolizes the discussion and interrupts you. Worse than that his input is not particularly insightful, and sometimes it appears to be unrelated and irrelevant to the subject at hand. He appears to think a great deal of himself, likes to hear himself speak, and you apparently seem to have either unwillingness or difficulty in curtailing him. I really like this podcast. It’s much more interesting to me than the previous (America this week). Podcasts where people have reasonable disagreements is interesting. Maybe frustrating for the hosts, but I’d suggest a rule that after a certain point of contention, just move on to other topics if it’s going to cause you to get angry or feel personally slighted. I honestly came away not knowing which opinion I agreed with more. Maybe somewhere between. Keep doing this show and don’t let it die just because you don’t agree on everything. Figure out a reasonable system to constrain Tracey’s natural argumentative nature, or else he will clearly just go on arguing any topic indefinitely.
